TAX LIEN INVESTING REPRESENTATION
Mr. Loftis represents institutional investors, corporate entities, and high net worth individuals in the purchase of real estate tax liens, placing millions of dollars each year for his clients. Some of his clients invest through self-directed IRA accounts (we can recommend a company for you if you wish to do this but do not currently have a custodian).
All liens are purchased in the name of each client (i.e., liens are not pooled or commingled with others) and, upon redemption, counties will either mail checks directly to our clients, or deposit their funds directly into our clients’ accounts via ACH. Our minimum investment is $200,000.
We currently are investing only in bid jurisdictions and the going rate is 7%, which is our bid (although we may win a higher rate where counties utilize “automatic roll-up”).
